Lunch… July 17, 2012

Today for lunch, I had my typical “huge” salad, Fuhrman style.  I started off with a nice plate full of spring mix (a lettuce mix we buy from Sam’s).  Then I sliced about 10 cherry tomatoes in half, cubed a bit of cucumber from my garden, and topped it with sliced green onions.  Then I poured the salad dressing on top, which had been marinating for a while.  No oil.  No salt.  This is what I call true eating.  It was delicious! Image
